LCM. Liquid Curing Media (LCM) tanks are very efficient in transferring energy to cure extrusions with minimal pressure applied to the product.

Cascade systems flow salt on top of floating extrusions to effectively cure the entire extrusion without applying any pressure to submerge it. Cascades are especially effective at curing sponge or automotive profiles with very little distortion and no belt marks.

Manual rollers can be individually mounted or attached in groups to racks which assist with raising and lowering the rollers quickly.

Powered rollers and belts can also be used to submerge the extrusion when precise speed control is needed, especially for medical or wipe blade applications.

Safety is a major concern with LCM systems, and EIS provides the safest tanks in the industry due to innovations including optional sealed heaters, automatic filtration, redundant safety controls, etc.
