Our most common cooling tanks use flood immersion or spray to cool extrusions after curing. Recirculating pump, filtration, and automatic level control are standard. Water temperature can be controlled via heat exchanger / plant water, or simply by controlling overflow to drain. Custom cooling tanks using multiple-pass belts or drums are designed based on the application for tight spaces.
